Section 23-1-110 - Actions tried without jury - Exceptions

All actions brought under the terms of this act by or against the commission in any circuit court, except those to recover penalties, forfeitures, and fees, shall be tried and determined by the court without the intervention of a jury.Acts 1935, No. 324, § 66; Pope's Dig., § 2126; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-262.
