Section 23-11-215 - Board of directors - Powers generally

The management of the affairs of the corporation shall be vested in the board of directors, and, subject only to the limitations provided by law or by its articles, the board shall have full control over the affairs of the corporation and may authorize the exercise of all of its corporate powers.Acts 1959, No. 30, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-328.1.
