Section 23-12-702 - Railroad police - Oath and bonds

Before entering into the performance of his or her duties, every railroad police officer appointed shall take and subscribe an oath of office and enter into a surety bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), payable to the State of Arkansas, conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties. The oath of office and the bond, with a copy of the commission, shall be filed with the Secretary of State.Acts 1973, No. 57, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-635.
