The keepers of jails in any county or municipality wherein a violation of the law occurs for which any arrest is made shall receive all persons arrested by railroad police officers, and persons so arrested shall have the same status as prisoners arrested by any other police officer.Acts 1973, No. 57, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-636.
