Section 23-13-261 - Injunction against violation of subchapter, rules, etc

If any motor carrier or broker operates in violation of any provision of this subchapter, except as to the reasonableness of rates, fares, or charges, and the discriminatory character thereof, or any rule, requirement, or order thereunder, or of any term or condition of any certificate, permit, or license, the Arkansas Department of Transportation or its duly authorized agent may apply to the Pulaski County Circuit Court or to any circuit court of the State of Arkansas where the motor carrier operates for the enforcement of the provision of this subchapter, or of the rule, requirement, order, term, or condition, and enjoining upon it or them obedience thereto.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2448, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1955, No. 397, § 22; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-1775.
