Section 23-13-308 - Appeal to Pulaski County Circuit Court

Any person aggrieved by any findings and order of the Arkansas Department of Transportation may appeal to the Pulaski County Circuit Court in the way and manner provided for appeals from the department.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 227, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1939, No. 315, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-1743.
