(a) Witnesses who are summoned before the Arkansas Department of Transportation shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid to witnesses in courts of record.(b) Any party to a proceeding at whose instance a subpoena is issued and served shall pay the costs incident thereto and the fees for mileage of all his or her witnesses.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 229, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1939, No. 315, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-1738.
