(a) A person, including any officer, agent, or employee of a corporation, that violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any order, decision, or rule issued by the Arkansas Department of Transportation is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.(b) Each day's violation of this chapter or any of the terms or conditions of any such order, decision, or rule shall constitute a separate offense.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2454, eff. 7/24/2019.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 235, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1945, No. 252, § 18; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-419; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 326.
