Section 23-17-206 - Jurisdiction of commission

Cooperatives doing business in this state pursuant to this subchapter shall be subject to the general jurisdiction of the Arkansas Public Service Commission. Jurisdiction shall be exercised by the commission in the same manner and to the same extent as provided by law for the regulation, supervision, or control of telecommunications companies, subject, however, to all the provisions of this subchapter.Acts 1951, No. 51, § 32; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1632; Acts 1989, No. 437, § 6.
