The Arkansas Public Service Commission shall make no rules affecting electric cooperative corporations in matters of accounting, recordkeeping, or fiscal management in conflict with regulations which have been, or shall be, promulgated by the Administrator of the Rural Electrification Administration of the United States Department of Agriculture [superseded] or such other agency or instrumentality described in § 23-18-202.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2474, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1967, No. 234, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-202.3.
