Section 23-18-309 - Incorporators

Any three (3) or more natural persons of the age of twenty-one (21) or more, residents of this state, may act as incorporators of a corporation to be organized under this subchapter by executing articles of incorporation as provided in this subchapter.Acts 1937, No. 342, § 5; Pope's Dig., § 2319; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1105.
