As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the Arkansas Department of Transportation; and(2) 'Transportation' means the carriage of persons and property for compensation by air, rail, water, carrier pipelines, or motor carriers.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 90, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1957, No. 132, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-151.
