The failure or refusal of any witness to appear or to produce any books, papers, or documents required by the Arkansas Public Service Commission or the Arkansas Department of Transportation and to submit them to the inspection of the commission or the department or the refusal to answer any questions propounded by the commission or the department shall constitute a violation punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 101, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1945, No. 40, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-130; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 146.
