In all actions between private parties and railroad companies brought under Acts 1899, No. 53, the rates, charges, orders, rules, regulations, and classifications prescribed by the Arkansas Department of Transportation before the institution of the action shall be held, deemed, and accepted to be reasonable, fair, and just, and in such respects shall not be controverted therein.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 104, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1901, No. 24, § 1, p. 53; C. & M.
