Section 23-3-313 - Judicial review

Any party to a proceeding before the Arkansas Public Service Commission aggrieved by an order issued by the commission in the proceeding may obtain a review of the order in the Court of Appeals pursuant to the provisions of § 23-2-423.Acts 1985, No. 343, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-142.12; Acts 1991, No. 810, § 2.
