Section 23-3-502 - Applicability of subchapter

Each section of this subchapter shall apply with full effect whether the river crossing proprietor, if incorporated, derives its charter from the laws of Arkansas or of any other state and regardless of whether its activities within this state are those of interstate or intrastate commerce and, in the case of pipelines, regardless of whether its activities in this state are those of a common carrier or noncarrier utility.Acts 1961, No. 188, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-2215.
