Section 23-4-1107 - Commission's jurisdiction not affected

This subchapter does not affect the Arkansas Public Service Commission's jurisdiction over a generation and transmission cooperative, including without limitation the authority to investigate and set the rates and charges of the generation and transmission cooperative, or a member cooperative as otherwise provided by law.Acts 2009, No. 676, § 1.
