Section 23-4-304 - Director and staff

The Director of the Consumer Utilities Rate Advocacy Division shall hold the title of Deputy Attorney General and shall be appointed to the position by the Attorney General who may also appoint such assistants, professionals, and clerical staff as authorized by appropriation acts for the effective operation of the division.Acts 1981 (Ex.
