Section 23-4-508 - Application for rehearing no stay of order

An application for rehearing pursuant to § 23-2-422 filed by a party aggrieved by an order of the Arkansas Public Service Commission entered pursuant to this subchapter shall not stay the effectiveness of the order of the commission.Acts 1981, No. 310, § 2; 1983, No. 262, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-217.2.
