Section 23-4-607 - Connecting railroad lines - Division of charges

If any two (2) or more connecting lines of railroad in this state fail to agree upon a fair and just division of the charges arising from the transportation of freights, passengers, or cars over their lines, the Arkansas Department of Transportation shall make the division and shall fix the pro rata part of such charges to be received by each of the connecting lines.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 113, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1903, No. 130, § 4, p. 218; C. & M.
