The Arkansas Department of Transportation is authorized and it is its duty to adopt, change, or make reasonable and just rates, charges, and regulations to govern and regulate sleeping car tariffs and service in order to correct abuses and prevent unjust discrimination and extortion in the rates for sleeping cars.Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 118, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1907, No. 422, § 4, p. 1137; C. & M.
