Section 23-4-907 - Commission's jurisdiction not affected

Sections 23-4-902, 23-4-903, 23-4-905, and 23-4-906 apply only to rates and charges and shall have no effect on the Arkansas Public Service Commission's jurisdiction over a co-op as otherwise provided by law.Acts 1987, No. 821, § 6.
