Section 23-4-909 - Apportionment of rates and charges

When determining how rates and charges established under § 23-4-903 are to be allocated among different rate classes, a co-op shall endeavor to apportion the rates and charges in a manner which reflects, as closely as practicable, the costs of providing service to each class.Acts 1987, No. 821, § 7.
