Section 23-32-401 - Definition

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, 'investor companies' means all banks, mutual savings associations, mutual savings banks, mutual savings fund societies, trust funds, foundations, pension trusts, or lending agencies, all the capital stock of which is owned by one (1) or more mutual savings banks or mutual savings fund societies.Acts 1997, No. 88, § 1.
