Section 23-35-702 - Conversion to or from federal credit union

The State Credit Union Supervisor shall issue rules to permit the conversion of a credit union operating under this chapter to a federal credit union and the conversion of a federal credit union to a credit union operating under this chapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2491, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1971, No. 132, § 36; A.S.A. 1947, § 67-936.
