Every approval or rejection by the Supervisor of Savings and Loan Associations given pursuant to provisions of this chapter and every communication having the effect of an order or instruction to any association shall be sent by certified mail to the affected association, addressed to the president at the home office of the association, and shall be presented to the board of directors of the association at its next regular meeting, or at a special meeting called for that purpose, and noted in the minutes of the meeting.Acts 1963, No. 227, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 67-1804.
