No association chartered under this chapter shall carry on the business of a savings and loan association in this state until it has filed with the Supervisor of Savings and Loan Associations satisfactory evidence that its savings accounts are insured by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation [abolished] or other similar agency or corporation of the United States.Acts 1963, No. 227, § 31; A.S.A. 1947, § 67-1831.
