Section 23-42-109 - Waiver of compliance void

Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person acquiring any security to waive compliance with any provision of this chapter or any rule or order under this chapter is void.Acts 1959, No. 254, § 22; A.S.A. 1947, § 67-1256.
