Section 23-46-201 - Creation of State Bank Department

There is created and established, at the seat of government of this state, a department to be known as the 'State Bank Department'. The State Bank Department shall be a division of the Department of Commerce.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 578, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1.
