The Bank Commissioner shall have power to call for reports from state banks and subsidiary trust companies whenever deemed necessary, in order to obtain a full and complete knowledge of their condition or the status of their reserves, but he or she shall call upon each of them for at least two (2) reports each year.Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1.
