(a) Any person who willfully violates any provision of this subchapter or order issued by the Bank Commissioner pursuant to this subchapter or any State Bank Department rule is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.(b) Any person who willfully participates in a violation of any provision of this subchapter is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2547, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1; 2005, No. 1994, § 354.
