Section 23-48-704 - Preexisting facilities

Any bank may, at its option, operate any branch office, teller's window, or other banking facility which is separate from the main office of the bank and in operation on June 30, 1988, as a full-service branch or a customer-bank communications terminal.Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1.
