Section 23-51-186 - Statements of condition and income

Each state trust company shall periodically file with the Bank Commissioner a copy of its statement of condition and income. The commissioner shall have the power to call for these reports whenever deemed necessary, in order to obtain a full and complete knowledge of the condition of the trust company.Acts 1997, No. 940, § 86.
