(a) The Administrator of the Risk Management Division shall have the authority to promulgate rules consistent with this subchapter.(b) All rules shall be subject to the approval of the Insurance Commissioner and conform with the requirements of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2619, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1981, No. 272, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5711.
