(a) The Insurance Commissioner may promulgate rules to implement this subchapter.(b) Rules promulgated under this section shall not conflict with or prevent the application of regulations promulgated by the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services under the federal act.Added by Act 2013, No. 1500,§ 1, eff. 4/23/2013.
