Section 23-63-806 - United States Government obligations

An insurer may invest in bonds, notes, warrants, and other evidences of indebtedness which are direct obligations of the United States or for which the full faith and credit of the United States is pledged for the payment of principal and interest.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 102; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-2606.
