(a) This subchapter constitutes and may be cited as the 'Unauthorized Insurers Process Act'.(b) This subchapter shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 183; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-2903.
