The Insurance Commissioner shall have such authority as he or she deems reasonably necessary to regulate the home service system of distribution, and, to that end, to promulgate, adopt, and enforce reasonable rules necessary and proper to regulate the home service system of distribution.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2666, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1993, No. 932, § 3; 1997, No. 749, § 5.
