(a) All court proceedings brought under this subchapter shall be filed in the Pulaski County Circuit Court.(b) The court may issue any order, process, or judgment that is necessary or appropriate to carry out this subchapter.(c) This subchapter does not preclude the court from, on its own motion, taking any action or making any determination necessary or appropriate to enforce or implement court orders or rules or to prevent an abuse of power.Added by Act 2021, No. 1018,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
