Section 23-70-104 - Name used in suits

A reciprocal insurer shall:(1) Have and use a business name. The name shall include the word 'reciprocal', 'interinsurer', 'interinsurance', 'exchange', 'underwriters', or 'underwriting'; and(2) Sue and be sued in its own name.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 514; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4305.
