Section 23-72-102 - Scope

(a) This chapter applies only to domestic and foreign mutual insurers transacting life and disability insurance on the mutual assessment plan.(b) No provision of the Arkansas Insurance Code shall apply to such insurers unless contained or referred to in this chapter.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 556; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4501.
