Section 23-75-118 - Review of decisions

All orders of the Insurance Commissioner made pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of § 23-61-101 et seq. and § 23-61-201 et seq., including the right of hearing, rehearing, and appeal.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 686; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4916.
