No person shall perform any of the services or procedures or sell or dispense any goods or devices in the field of the healing arts for which a license is required under the laws of the State of Arkansas unless the person holds a valid license authorizing him or her to perform the procedures, render the services, or sell or dispense the goods or devices.Acts 1975, No. 454, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5202.
