Section 23-78-109 - Burial associations under authority, supervision, and control of board

All burial associations organized or operating in the State of Arkansas are under the authority, supervision, and control of the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services.Amended by Act 2017, No. 788,§ 74, eff. 7/1/2018.Acts 1953, No. 91, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-1806.
