Section 23-79-2105 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to a group health benefit plan or offered in connection with a group health plan that provides coverage of a prescription drug under a policy that meets the definition of a medication step therapy protocol whether or not the policy is described as a step therapy protocol.Added by Act 2021, No. 97,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2022.
