Rules adopted pursuant to this subchapter shall be subject to the provisions of § 23-61-108 and to the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2715, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1992 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 72, § 3.
