In addition to any other applicable penalties for violations of the Arkansas Insurance Code, the Insurance Commissioner may require issuers violating any provisions of this subchapter or rules promulgated pursuant to this subchapter to cease marketing any Medicare supplement policy or certificate in this state which is related directly or indirectly to a violation or may require the issuer to take such actions as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this subchapter, or both.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2716, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1992 (1st Ex.
