Section 23-82-112 - Settlement provision

There shall be a provision that when the policy becomes a claim by the death of the insured, settlement shall be made upon surrender of the policy and receipt of due proof of death.Acts 1959, No. 148, § 356; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3411.
