Section 23-83-116 - Issuance of certificate to policyholder provision

A group policy shall contain a provision that the insurer will issue to the policyholder for delivery to each person insured a certificate setting forth a statement as to the insurance protection to which he or she is entitled, to whom the insurance benefits are payable, as to any dependent's coverage included in such a certificate, and the rights and conditions set forth in §§ 23-83-117 - 23-83-120 and 23-83-122.Acts 1981, No. 898, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3516.
