Section 23-85-120 - Optional misstatement of age provision

There may be a provision as follows:'Misstatement of Age: If the age of the insured has been misstated, all amounts payable under this policy shall be such as the premium paid would have purchased at the correct age.'Acts 1959, No. 148, § 403; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3618.
